Pricing and space info:
- Spaces are approximately 10’ x 12’. All spaces rent for $30.00 each. Tables rent for $5.00 each. Chairs are $0.25 each. We do NOT accept credit cards. We accept cash, non rubber checks, or money orders only. (Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee)
- All reservations require the NON-REFUNDABLE pre-payment of $30.00 for each space. Payment must be received by the WEDNESDAY before your reservation date.*****Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days in advance or the deposit will be lost.*****. Any deposit credit must be used within 60 days. (Some dates may have higher rental rate)
- DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION.
- DEALERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN BEFORE SET-UP. ANY UNPAID RENT MUST BE PAID AT THAT TIME.
How to make a reservation
- You may schedule a reservation by phone at (918) 744-1386 or by email at tulsafleamarket@cox.net.
- Payment may be sent to our mailing address at Tulsa Flea Market, P.O. box 4511, Tulsa, OK 74159 or may be made in person when we are on-site Friday or Saturday.
Acceptable merchandise & conduct
(We are currently NOT accepting new vendors with jewelry, clothing, purses or other accessories, tutu's, hairbows, or sheet sets/comforters, etc.)
- All merchandise is subject to approval.
- Merchandise may be deemed unsuitable for display at the discretion of the management. Such merchandise must be removed when requested.
- The Tulsa Flea Market is well-known for its antiques and collectibles, however we do feature a variety of merchandise, including some

new items and crafts.
- Items that are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted for sale include animals, food vending, household appliances, the promotion and/or sale of services, political/religious/lifestyle groups, petitions, raffle tickets, grab bags, fortune telling, lingerie, sex toys, e-cigarettes, and any other type of merchandise that we feel will be inappropriate for our event.
- Frequently, we will limit or refuse vendors who sell similar items such as, but not limited to purses, jewelry, and other new or craft items, etc.
- We reserve the right to refuse space rental to anyone whose merchandise is not what we feel is acceptable for our market.
- Please contact us for any clarification or question regarding your specific item.
- Packaged food items with required labeling may be permitted, with proper permit and licensing from the Tulsa City/County Health Department. Items prepared in home kitchens are NOT allowed. Only items prepared in commercial kitchens that are previously licensed and inspected are allowed.
- Vendors are NOT permitted to aggressively approach customers, hand out fliers outside of their booth space, or otherwise harass people in order to make a sale or draw attention to their merchandise. You may be asked to leave if you engage in such behavior, without a refund of rent.
- Vendors and the general public are prohibited from distributing fliers, cards, etc., for their shop, business or event to vendors and customers. It is permissible to have such material in their own booth for display only.
- Well-mannered pets (and people) on a leash are always welcome. If you or your dog is not well-socialized or is aggressive with other humans or other dogs, or if you will not clean up after your pet if necessary, please leave your pets at home.
- Vendors and customers are expected to behave in a polite and courteous manner.
- Anyone who behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, threatening or violent, or otherwise contrary to polite and civil conduct, may be asked to leave the premises.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is inconsistent to the aforementioned terms.
Puppies
- We currently have one regular vendor selling Miniature Schnauzer puppies. They have been selling at our flea market for over 20 years. We will NOT be accepting any other puppy vendors. Once the Miniature Schnauzer vendor goes out of business, we will no longer have puppies for sale at our flea market.
- Goddard recommends adopting a pet from a shelter or rescue group.
Set-up time
- Set-up times for dealers are Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. On Saturday, dealers must be in their booths by 8:00 a.m. and out of the building by 7:00 p.m.
The Rules
- THE FLEA MARKET IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. AND DEALERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS DURING THAT TIME. If you must leave early due to an emergency, please notify management.
- SPACES UNOCCUPIED BY 8:00 A.M. ARE SUBJECT TO RE-RENTAL.
- THERE IS TO BE NO OBVIOUS PACKING BEFORE 4:00 P.M.
- DO NOT ENTER OR LIFT THE TABLE COVERINGS OF ANY UNATTENDED BOOTH.
- DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON TABLES! DO NOT TRY TO MOVE A LOADED TABLE!
- DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN BOOTHS. Place all trash in trash cans or in dumpsters.
- Do not leave any merchandise, displays, etc. in the building after closing on Saturday, as its safety cannot be guaranteed during the week.
- Dollies are provided for dealer use in unloading all day Friday and from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Dollies are not to be used in storing or displaying merchandise and may not be retained in any booth. They are available for customer use only on Saturday during business hours.
- Where permissible, dealers may drive in to unload/load. Please unload vehicles quickly and move them out when finished. For loading, please do not drive in until you are completely packed and ready to load out.
Important Disclaimer
- The Tulsa Flea Market is not responsible for the theft, damage, or loss of merchandise, or hurt feelings of anyone for any reason. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items left in the building after we close on Saturday.
- When you choose to rent a space with us, you are in fact agreeing to the previous terms.
